Hunterville & Districts Settlers Museum

A charming destination

The Hunterville & Districts Settlers Museum is open from 2pm to 4pm on Fridays.

This delightful museum was once an old courthouse building built 1895. It showcases an impressive collection of historical photographs, documents, artifacts, tools, and equipment that reflect the rich heritage of the area. A small dedicated team of volunteers manage the museum, and they are always looking for more like minded people to help preserve this treasure trove of local history.

Displays includes local history and tools and farming equipment from the days of early settlers.
Some historical local buildings – including a barn, blacksmith room, and Roper Cottage.
