Known for its legendary sense of humour and friendly locals, Bulls is the southern gateway of Rangitīkei. Situated at the junction of State Highway 1 and 3, Bulls is a convenient stop on your journey up or down the country.

The town is named after James Bull, an English settler who established the area's first general store in 1862. You can learn more about its pioneer and farming roots at the Bulls Museum.
